General information:

Every brewery has its story, but Brews Brothers had a slightly different approach to how their business started. Their passion for homebrewing led them to have a good look at the market, and after they saw that there’s not a lot of options when it comes to equipment, ingredients, or even brewing classes in the country, they opened an online shop on July 15 2017.  Since then, they have also hosted a series of brewing courses, both at their headquarters, as well as pop-ups at craft beer festivals in Cluj and Bucharest.

Several batches and many happy homebrewers later, they approached Ground Zero in early 2018, back in the days when their Gypsy Program was just under way. They secured one of the 5 fermenting vessels allocated for the program, and several months later, they brewed their first beer, a Saison.

The four lads are also hoping to open their own tap room one day, but in the meantime, their workshop is open for booking your beer fueled venue. And if you’re into a bit of brewing yourself, you can sign up for one of their courses, or browse through their selection of wares aimed at both beginners, as well as experienced brewers (it is worth noting that Brews Brothers are currently the only supplier for Crisp – English maltsters).
